Start-up Building
The start-up building for companies related to this sector forms an important part of the Smart Systems Campus. There is space for approx. 15 start-up companies operating in this sector. There are 2,500 square metres available for approx. 15 start-ups here, divided into 1,500 square metres of laboratory space and 1,000 square metres of office accommodation. The tenants are guaranteed a huge level of flexibility when it comes to the infrastructure, provision of media and structure of the rooms.
The laboratory areas have equipment for specifi c uses. It is possible, for example, to install clean room boxes. Rented space can also be adapted to changing circumstances – e.g. optimised operating processes, the need for more space or business fields with technologies that have undergone further development and have been spun off.
